COULD THIS BE THE PURPOSE OF CREATION?

....this was the question that sprang up on my mind when I saw this young man (image of God) few days ago. This young man was caught when he was trying to burgle a shop in an area in the city of Ibadan.

Assuredly this couldn't have been his first time of this practice, many are times that he would have recorded success and might have taught to himself after those operations that he was smart and perfect. But in the actual sense his enemy; the devil could have only deceived and fooled him with the then plunders so that he may ruin his life at the end.

You can imagine his condition now when nemesis now caught with him. The word of God is truth, as it is written “there is a way that seems good to a man but the end is death"

Many are young people whom are experts in their own way of perpetrating various forms of evil acts, in this present age there are lots of young people engaging criminal activities such as forgery, corruption, robbery, yahoo-yahoo, cyber-crime and others.
Instead for them to look inward and bring out the best potential God deposited in them for greatness and service to the human space, they'll rather prefer these crooked acts in the process of satisfying their selfish desires which resulted from the lack of right information, bad companies, now pleasure mentality and greediness. They have involved themselves in various corrupt activities both online and offline.

Many are times we see them on the street flaunting all the treasures they have acquired with all those crooked means, but later they got broke and became miserable with time. Sometimes they became mentally traumatized, died untimely while countless are behind the bar.

But could this be the purpose why God created Man in the first place?
The answer is No!
God revealed in His word that "he created man to give him pleasure" This means that man ought to live a holy and morally acceptable life before God and other fellow men.
It is in doing this that we can give Him (God) pleasure.
The bane of the world crisis is because man refuses to follow the pattern of God for life, God would rather drop an idea in a man that would give him a means of living or let me say God has put in every man what he needs for survival; what is required of man is to unleash it and enjoy the good of it.

It is the devil that give one the idea to loot or steal someone else's right in the way of making  means,  and with all proofs 100 out of 100 times this is a deception and always end in regret.

The purpose of this post is not to mock anyone but to help countless young people in our society living with the misconception that "if they are not corrupt, they can't find their way to the top or attain success in life". This is a lie, and the truth is that success is already in you. If you would stay connected to this blog you will always find information that will be of great benefit to you.
You too can live a Happy Life without stealing other people's right and property.

FUEL SCARCITY! WHAT I LEARNED

It  was hell on earth for many Nigerian in few days ago when the independent marketers of the petroleum products went on strike as a result of non payment of subsidy by the federal government.

This situation brought about the scarcity of all crude oil products in circulation, the aviation industries had no fuel to power their aircraft, the health bodies were all closing down; sending their patients packing because there was no fuel to power their plants, the education sector was not left out as both secondary and higher institutions of learning were sending students home.

Many government offices where closed down due to uncomfortable conditions of operations, old and traditional means of life became the option as I saw people riding bikes and horses to various offices and social functions. It was as if Nipost will become the option for mails and SMS messages as telecommunication companies were already sending text to their customers, informing them of shutting down soon due to non availability of fuel to power their transmission stations. Getting money from banks and doing business transactions became difficult as banks also joined the dance. The problem was so horrible almost bringing down the entire nation.

At a point  I asked myself this question that what if 'Boko Haram' or any other external force decide to take over and hinder the circulation of crude oil products as we witnessed. This means Nigeria could collapse within one week if the situation persist.
These scenarios brought to my remembrance a lesson I was taught long ago that 'Its not good for one to put all his eggs in a basket'...

Had it being the Nigeria leaders had taken the advantage of science and technology; commiting adequate investment into other source of power as they should, the situation would have been perfectly controlled in a better way.
So what must you and I learn of this as Nigerian youth?

As a student have you ever think about and prepare for what to do in case you do not get your dream job as early as you plan?

As a working class have you ever think of what to do if your company decide to retrench some of her staffs which you could likely be affected?

Though we all long for better days yet we must always plan ahead and carry plan B in our portfolios so that we will not become victim of circumstances.

Here are few advice for young people:
1. Ensure you go to school and develop your mind in your interested course
2. Ensure you also develop your natural talents and learn how to monetize them
3. Ensure you are well informed of the trend of things around you and try to learn new things (skill)
4. Ensure you have a saving plan from what you are making today no matter how small it is.
5. Ensure you build a good relationship with people so that you can have someone to help you with advice and encouragement in downtime
6. Ensure you develop a good relationship with God so that He can always direct you the way to go.

I am sure if you will consider those few adviceadvice, you will always find where to turn to in tough times. Tough times are real, and part of life...

SURVIVING THESE TIMES

This is the beginning of another week, with series of changes and distress going on in the world economy, lots of happenings are seen happening, many attributed the failures and woes to the past and present government while others are looking forward to the future government.

But the truth of the matter is that this incoming (the future government) are not messiah, neither they shouldn't be the solution we should all queue at. But I believe each one of us should re-think flash back and look inwardly for the way out of this ongoing distress.
Looking into my own country's economic space I see noting working, government at all levels try their best to salvage the situation of things but to no avail. So in times like this what is the way out?

Here are few things I believe would be of help. In times like this we must cultivate the habit of:
1. Investing in our time with God for directions
2. Investing our little resources in businesses that will yield later
3. Investing our energy, mind and time in activities that would later bring us reward

We must avoid spending our time and other resources on things that brings no return at all this is because the world economy is collapsing already and the best thing to do is for the individual to uphold his personal economy from doing same.

I hope you find this information useful, I advise youths how to live happy life.
